Argh, yes. I was in a shop today where every staff member was dressed in red and white. Not sporty clothes or anything... just red and white clothes - each member of staff different. Tedious.
I'm happy to celebrate my country and its flag. I just hate the fact that the cross of St. George is now almost synonymous with football. It rarely gets used for anything else.
In its defence, it is a pub not a house (not sure if you can tell that from the pic). And at least it had made an effort to be a bit different rather than just putting up the normal size ones in every window.
Oh, and narrisch - I had to wait to take the photo while a passing group of kids kicked a football up to the top of it and let it roll down again. Heehee.

Completely ridiculous. *rolls eyes*
At least it doesn't have 'ENGLAND!' written on it.
And everywhere *I* go, I see yellow and blue for Sweden. Even the checkout chicks are dressed in soccer shirts!
I wonder if you could jump off the roof and slide down it?

At least it's not just flown by the BNP now, Sky.
Perhaps they are crusaders who got fed up with football fans appropriating their flag. I bet dad goes to work wearing chainmail.
