Packing blankets and dirty sheets, a room full of dust and a broom to sweep up...

I hate it.

Packing.

All the furniture went yesterday. You'd think that would mean today was the easy stuff. But no, that makes today the day full of the irritating little tasks. The day for sorting out all the junk that had accumulated under my bed, for mowing the lawn, for taking things to the tip, for hoovering and bathroom-cleaning (neither of which have been started as of yet). The day for frayed tempers and tiredness from sleeping on the floor in sleeping bags last night. The day for those little panics of why do I only seem to have one pair of jeans now? I'm sure I didn't pack the others yesterday and yet now there is only the pair I am wearing.

Gah.

I'd better go carry on.

I note the plural in "tempers". Schizophrenia is catching, I see.

More plastic bags than the world should be able to contain, a playmobil advent calendar and an incredible amount of dust. I’ve been sneezing ever since.

So, jes is surprised. Or struck dumb or having a heart attack...I can't really tell. Yes, I own an advent calendar which has playmobil pieces in. And?

What did you do with the bodies?

Oh by the way, I have an ickle Spidey lego man on a key chain! Playmobile made me think of lego which made me think of this obviously... Amy gave it to me. So perfect...

I loved my play mobile. I used to build lego house for them. Gah, now i am on a nostalgia trip.

It's nice that your mum helped packing, even if it included frayed tempers.

Do their wigs come off?

Rian owns Someone Else's set of Playmobile knights. They are a rather tattered bunch.

And their wigs come off.

I just think it's funny you'd have that under your bed... for no particular reason. *coughs*

It's cute as well. Ickle cutesy skits! Awww.

*adds another note under 'reasons to kill jes'*

Rian...playmobil wigs are a complicated business. All of the adult ones come off. About half of the kids ones do. But in discovering whether they come off or not you kind of wreck the ones that don't come off. I ended up with some rather bald kids. But yes, playmobil was great.

And bob, I buried the bodies under the patio in bin bags. Of course. There's a reason it's a classic.
